Structure & characteristics 1. The chamber is vertical pressure vessel with jacket, good for pre-heating, drying and continuous operation. It is made of stainless steel SUS304. Inside surface is mechanically polished. smooth and no blind angle , can meet GMP standard. 2. Feeding port is on the top of the machine with electric sliding door sealed with gasket. 3. Lever type promotion and demotion unloading gate which is painted with teflon. Additional manual locking system will make it much safer. 4. Chamber and jacket have ports for temperature and pressure sensors. 5. Pipe system contains water pump, water level controller, vacuum pump, safety valve, angle valve, filter, non-return valve, steam trap and pressure controller. Double axle crushing system 1. The crushing system can crush medical waste containing metal products, glass products, plastic products, rubber and textiles, showing users satisfactory adaptability and tolerance. 2. The autoclave for waste disposal equipped with heavy alloy blade, not only has strength and hardness, but also has the function of automatic reversal protection when meeting unbreakable materials. Controlling system 1. The complete machine adopts PLC (Siemens)+HMI (Touch scream) for controlling and operating with three degree of password for protection. All data can be saved or to be real time printed. 2. The system has the control and protection functions of temperature, pressure, liquid level, time and other system operation parameters in the sterilization operation stage, which can ensure the best sterilization effect of medical waste after crushing.
