Identify and analyze the formation and disruption of endothelial vascular networks over time in each well of a 96-well plate. Designed to work with the Incucyte® 96-well PrimeKit, an endothelial cell/stromal cell co-culture model, to measure network length, branch points, area and width uniformity metrics throughout the length of the experiment. Incucyte® fluorescent image segmentation of vascular tube formation in a PrimeKit HUVEC and human dermal fibroblast co-culture experiment. The image is a blend of the true fluorescent image (green) and the overlaid mask (white). The red lines illustrate the measured tubes.
