Fields of application

• Bactiscrub is indicated for antiseptic cleansing of patients' skin
• Suitable for preoperative body wash and routine antiseptic hygiene where chlorhexidine is required
• Gel form allows controlled application and wide coverage

Instructions for use

• Wet the skin in a bath or shower
• Apply undiluted to wet skin in sufficient quantity to cover the entire body, avoiding eyes, ears and mouth
• Leave in contact for approximately three minutes to allow antiseptic action
• Rinse thoroughly and dry the skin

After cleansing, do not apply other bathing products, lotions, moisturizers or makeup as they may reduce chlorhexidine effectiveness.

• Chlorhexidine digluconate 4%
• Non-ionic surfactants 6%
• Emollients, excipients and water to 100%

• For external use only; do not ingest
• Avoid contact with nervous tissue, eyes and middle ear; causes serious eye damage
• Hazard statements: Causes serious eye damage (H318). Very toxic to aquatic life (H400). Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects (H411)
• Precautionary measures: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: seek medical advice. Avoid release to the environment. Collect spillage. Dispose of contents and container according to local regulations.
