Neptune 750 is a volumetric configuration of Neptune machine series and is designed for laboratories and small-batch production.
It utilizes a syringe-based dosing system that allows for easy adjustment of dosing volumes. Two valves and a nozzle complete the dosing circuit.
With the Neptune 750, you can easily and precisely dispense medium-viscosity fluids in volumes of up to 750 ml.
The dosing components and valves are easy to disassemble and sanitize.
The Neptune 750 can be easily paired with a rotary table to streamline production; the table automatically triggers the filling process, and—when the operator loads empty containers and removes filled ones—it enables near-continuous operation.
Finally, this dispenser can be controlled via remote I/O or an Ethernet port.
An HMI allows for machine configuration and recipe storage, helping the operator maintain productivity.
