Description
AFK-AG-01 Antigen detection Test Kit is used to detect the surface antigen of SARS-COV-2 virus on human nasal swabs, throat swabs, sputum, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and so on by double antibody sandwich method and colloidal gold immunochromatographic principle. Double antibody sandwich method can ensure low antibody cross reactivity, so as to effectively improve the sensitivity and specificity of the kit and reduce false positive. It can be used for early screening of infection and is an effective supplement to nucleic acid detection.
