Kenid Medical Dry Film (models KND-A, KND-F) is a bluish polyester-based dry radiographic film with separate image and protective layers and no light-sensitive silver halide. Designed for thermal printers to reproduce digital radiographic images from PACS/PC systems without chemical processing, providing rapid, convenient film output suitable for medical imaging departments.

Safe light
Printable under normal room lighting since the film is not light-sensitive.

Processing

Storage
Store in a cool, dry, dust-free environment away from direct sunlight, acids or alkaline gases. Recommendations:

• Temperature and humidity: 10°C–23°C; 30%–65% RH; avoid heat sources
• Gases: avoid hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, sulfur dioxide, formaldehyde and other corrosive/alkaline gases
• Handling: store films upright to avoid pressure damage

Period of validity
24 months when stored under the recommended conditions.

Recommended usage conditions
Optimal print environment: 18°C–24°C, 50%–65% RH.
