FIRST-PERSON 4K SURGICAL RECORDING WITH INTEGRATED LED ILLUMINATION

The 4K Coaxial Surgical Headlight Camera combines a high-resolution camera, LED surgical headlight and adjustable headband in one wearable system. It is designed for surgical video recording, clinical documentation, medical education, case review and live demonstration.

COAXIAL CAMERA AND HEADLIGHT DESIGN

The camera is positioned directly below the LED headlight, keeping the camera view closely aligned with the illuminated surgical area.

Wherever the surgeon directs the light, the camera follows the same working area. This makes it easier to capture the procedure from the surgeon’s natural first-person perspective without requiring a separate camera operator.

4K LOCAL RECORDING

The system supports 4K video recording directly to a TF card, providing detailed footage for surgical documentation, teaching and training.

It supports both video recording and photo capture. Recorded files can be transferred directly to a computer through the Type-C connection.

HDMI REAL-TIME VIDEO OUTPUT

In HDMI mode, the system provides real-time wired video output to compatible equipment, including:

• Medical video recorders
• Monitors and displays
• Video capture devices
• Live-streaming systems
• Conference room and teaching systems

A 3-meter HDMI cable is supplied for connection to external recording or display equipment.

WI-FI WIRELESS PREVIEW

Press the Wi-Fi button on the control box to switch from HDMI output mode to Wi-Fi mode.

In Wi-Fi mode, the camera creates a wireless hotspot. A smartphone or tablet can connect to the camera through the dedicated mobile application for real-time video preview.

Please note that HDMI and Wi-Fi are two separate operating modes. When Wi-Fi mode is activated, the HDMI output stops automatically.

INTEGRATED LED SURGICAL HEADLIGHT

The integrated LED headlight illuminates the working area while the camera records from nearly the same viewing direction.

The light intensity can be adjusted according to the procedure and operating environment. The approximately parallel light and camera axes help keep the illuminated field within the recorded image, making the system particularly useful for close-range and deep-cavity procedures.

COMFORTABLE HEAD-MOUNTED DESIGN

The adjustable headband allows the user to adjust the fit in both the horizontal and vertical directions.

The camera, headlight and headband form a complete wearable system, helping the surgeon maintain a natural working posture while recording.

RECHARGEABLE BATTERY FOR MOBILE USE

The control box includes a built-in rechargeable lithium battery and supports approximately 6 hours of continuous operation.

The portable design allows the system to be used without a fixed external power supply during normal procedures.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This coaxial model does not include a motorized image-stabilization gimbal. It is designed for users who prioritize simple operation, close alignment between the light and camera view, and cost-effective 4K surgical recording.
