Description

SIEVE France designs, manufactures and markets a range of modular isolators, together with biosafety consumables and maintenance services. Our isolators comply with GMP, BPP and PICS and we provide our expertise on them. Our standard and made-to-measure isolators can be : - Single station, face-to-face or side-by-side, adapted to the needs and configurations of the rooms. - Isolators for ITM - Isolators for parenteral nutrition - Glove box They are designed to ensure forward motion with just-in-time production, ensured by the use of two sterilisable SAS at the inlet and outlet and by very short sterilisation cycle times. Operation: - Equipped with a ventilation and extraction system to ensure renewal rates in excess of 80 volumes/hour. - Semi-directed or laminar flow - Vacuum or overpressure (easy to change) - Peracetic acid or hydrogen peroxide (simple and effective changeover) - Waste removal and connection of secure residue containers - Use of quality materials: health-grade 316L stainless steel, PMMA and PVC - Daily automatic and manual leak tests - Automatic screens to ensure data traceability
