SIEVE France designs, manufactures and markets a range of modular isolators accompanied by biosafety consumables, maintenance services and qualifications throughout the isolator's lifetime. Our isolators comply with GMP, BPP and PICS and we provide our expertise on them. Our standard and made-to-measure isolators can be : - Single workstation, face-to-face or side-by-side, adapting to the needs and configurations of the rooms. The 2 workstations can be connected or separated by a partition. - Isolators for ITM - Isolators for parenteral nutrition - Glove box They are designed to ensure forward motion with just-in-time production, thanks to the use of two SAS sterilisable inlets and outlets and very short sterilisation cycle times. Operation: - Equipped with a ventilation and extraction system to ensure renewal rates in excess of 80 volumes/hour. - Semi-directed or laminar flow - Vacuum or overpressure (easy to change) - With peracetic acid or hydrogen proxy (simple and effective changeover) - Waste removal and connection of secure residue containers - Use of quality materials: health-grade 316L stainless steel, PMMA and PVC - Daily automatic and manual leak tests - Automatic screens to ensure data traceability
