Economical and autonomous data logger recorder with temperature and pressure sensors for studies in aquatic environments. Large memory for fast sampling.
Easy to mount on submersible gear and moorings for both short and long term studies in underwater environments.
Key features
Small and handy depth water level logger
Flexible mounting with protective housing
Pressure sensors from low to higher ranges
Large memory size
High temperature logger version available
Small and handy
This small autonomous depth and water temperature recorder is ideal for placement in different aquatic conditions, with dimensions of only 39.4 mm x 13 mm. Adding the plastic protective housing makes it easy to mount on submersible gear and moorings.
Application
The small yet high performing depth temperature logger is used for:
Ecosystem research – water level and temperature monitoring in oceans, rivers and lakes
Fisheries research – gear behavior and fishing depth logging
Time depth profiles on underwater gear
Quality monitoring – temperature and water depth of geothermal boreholes and wells
Fish and marine animals tagging
Flexible mounting with protective housing
A plastic protective housing is available, recommended when fastening the logger to submersible gear and moorings. It has attachment holes on both ends.
Pressure sensors from low to higher ranges
There are various pressure ranges available. Pressure calibration ranges selectable up to 50 m, 100 m, 250 m, 500 m or 800 m. The shallower the range the better the pressure resolution and accuracy.
