The VS M Series of steam disinfector autoclaves is especially designed for the thermal disinfection of non-invasive and non-critical medical devices such as mattresses and pillows. Both models are pit-mounted with horizontally-sliding single or double door(s). Their proven and reliable high-performance steam disinfection technology combines with a high-quality AISI 316 L chamber construction and a complete jacket system. This guarantees long-term reliability, safety, and an even steam and heat distribution. Disinfection programs covering the A, B, and C range of effectiveness are specially developed for a fast and effective bed accessories’ reconditioning process. Cycle traceability through integrated printer or network connection is available. Loading trolleys to be used with the machine are specially designed for the reprocessing of mattresses, pillows, and quilts. Safety, Design, and Strength The rectangular design chamber minimizes dead space for optimal loading and throughput. The jacket covering ensures fast heating and reduces cycle times and areas of potential condensation. In addition, high-quality AISI 316 L steam process circuits guarantee long-term reliability and steam cleanliness. Device Control The large frontal 7” touchscreen control panel facilitates device control with bright, easy-to-read information even from a distance: an intuitive and practical aid for operators in their daily tasks.
