LC 80 is a high-capacity cart washer-disinfector available in different configurations, i.e. thermal disinfection, chemical disinfection, or both (hybrid). The selection of different heating configurations – electrical, steam, or both – allows the facility to fit any utility availability. Available in single or double door (pass-through) versions, LC 80 can be equipped with full-visibility double-HST glass or stainless steel automatic sliding door(s). Customers can choose between two standard different chamber depths – 225 cm / 88.58″ and 300 cm / 118.11″ – and can completely customize the chamber length up to 450 cm. A PLC microprocessor with a user-friendly HMI allows operators to refine the process and customize the washing and disinfection programs. The LC 80 cart washer disinfector can treat several items, such as instrument containers and lids, bowls, surgical instruments, transport carts or other bulky items with dedicated racks. Several automation solutions are available for highly-automated CSSDs. Wide Range of Carts A comprehensive range of wash carts for different items, including carts with water connection to wash the items from the inside. Each wash cart is identified with a dimensional class. Thanks to dedicated loading carts, it is possible to wash/disinfect up to 80 clogs or 56 instrument trays per cycle in the standard 300cm-long chamber. Hygienic Design The AISI 316 L stainless steel chamber is designed with rounded corners to minimize water retention and stagnation points where dirt could accumulate. In addition, a lateral tilting platform allows faster water dripping off the reprocessed carts.
