The LAB 660 and LAB 680 are high-capacity, frontal-loading glassware washers designed to meet the needs of medium and large facilities, with the capacity of cleaning bottles for up to 100 l / 22 gal.
Electrical- or steam-heated, the LAB 660 is capable of injection washing on up to 3 levels while the LAB 680 on up to 4 levels with 5 possible rack locations, providing maximum flexibility through multiple chamber configurations depending on the height of the loaded items. Each level has telescopic bearing rails that enable easy and safe loading and unloading of glassware items. The upper levels can be removed depending on the height of the loaded glassware. The drop-down hinged-door with glass window serves as a loading platform at convenient height for the bottom level.
The HEPA-H14-filtered forced-air drying system, with adjustable time and temperature settings, helps to ensure the complete inside and outside drying of all the glassware. The frontal sliding drawer for chemical storage – up to three 10 l / 2.64 gal tanks – is equipped with level-control sensors.
Effective mechanical action with complete coverage is crucial and one of the main elements to assure optimal cleaning during the washing process. Washing pumps feeding washing circuits to ensure high flow rate combined with effective spray pressure. The washing chamber, spray arms, and tank filters are made of high quality AISI 316L stainless steel (DIN 1.4404). The 600 l / 21.19 cu ft washing chamber has rounded edges in order to avoid any dirt traps, minimizing the risk of microbial growth.
