Description

Overview
  • Advanced and Easy-to-Use Sterilization: The ST8-24 autoclave provides validated steam sterilization for medical applications with a 2.4" color display for intuitive operation. It supports five type B cycles and, via password protection, two type S and N cycles, plus programmable tests. Cycle records can be exported via SD card using E-Data software. Optional internal printers are available. Safety and maintenance are supported by systems for water quality control, separation of clean and contaminated flows, optimized pump operation, and simplified service access.


Management of Sterilization Cycles and Tests
  • The ST8-24 supports B, N and S cycles and performs EN 13060-compliant tests (Vacuum, Helix and Bowie-Dick).
  • Includes three standard type B cycles: 121° C, 134° C and 134° C Prion.
  • Includes two fast type B cycles: 134° C fast and 134° C Prion fast.
  • Password-protected N and S cycles prevent unauthorized changes.
  • Programmable cycle scheduling optimizes workflow; test reminders support routine compliance checks.


Modular Design
  • Modular construction with removable side panels facilitates maintenance and technical interventions.


Efficient Steam Generation
  • Instant steam generator delivers rapid, efficient sterilization and, together with heating elements, ensures complete drying while optimizing water use based on load.


Quick Tank Inspection
  • Inspection system compliant with EN 13060 simplifies and speeds up tank cleaning and verification.


Water Quality Monitoring
  • Integrated conductivity sensor continuously monitors water quality to prevent malfunctions due to unsuitable water.


Pump Protection System
  • Air–water separator removes steam, air, particles and residues from the sterilization flow, protecting the pump and maintaining efficiency.


Optimized Cooling
  • Intelligent cooling with a dedicated probe manages the vacuum pump efficiently, extending pump life and preserving performance.


Hydraulic Dirt Management
  • Flow separation system isolates clean and contaminated water streams to maintain optimal hydraulic efficiency.


Integrated Traceability
  • All cycle data are stored on an SD card and can be reviewed or transferred to a PC. Optional internal printers permit thermal reports or barcode label printing for precise tracking.


E-Memory Software
  • Digital traceability in accordance with EN 13060: sterilization data recorded on SD card for easy transfer. Load validation logs process compliance during loading/unloading. Optional front-mounted printers print thermal or adhesive labels without increasing equipment footprint.
