Description

Laboratory reactor with glass lid and GMP valve. An innovative reaction concept made with the same materials used in the chemical process reported in a laboratory scale. Ideal for scale down and scale up processes, it guarantees a quick return on investment for your research projects. The Steroglass Lab reactor has a stainless steel structure that allows to support reactors from 300ml to 7 liters in order to manage varied reaction volumes in a single structure. The vessel and the lid are entirely in 3.3 Borosilicate glass, the gasket between the reactor and the cap is in PTFE as well as the obturator of the bottom valve, the stirring shaft and the stirring seal. Benefits 3,3 BOROSILICATE GLASS LID AND VESSEL The vessel and the led are made entirely in 3.3 Borisilicate Glass, the gasket between the reactor and the cap is in PTFE as well as the obturator of the bottom valve, the stirring shaft and the stirring seal of. The shell has 6 connections to allow maximum working flexibility. The lid has 6 connections to allow maximum working flexibility. GMP BOTTOM VALVE The GMP bottom valve is completely autoclavable and, thanks to its diameter of 16mm, allows a rapid discharge of the reactor content even in case of high density / viscosity of the products. Technical features Interchangeable reaction vessel from 2 L to 7 L with DN150 lid Working temperature: -55°C... 180°C 16mm GMP Valve Working volume: 1 L... 7L 304 Stainless steel structure Each version can be placed under hood Small footprint: ~450x350xH1065 mm
