The naica® multiplex PCR MIX is a ready-to-use two-component solution specially formulated for optimal TaqMan® fluorescent probe-based Crystal Digital PCR™ and high multiplexing capacity. The stably incorporated internal blue channel reference dye facilitates reaction assembly while ensuring reliable partition detection. The unique 10X concentration liberates a reaction volume that can instead be utilized by additional sample input, probes, or primers, which increases multiplexing capacity and provides superior detection sensitivity for low concentration samples and rare targets.
