The Systec VX-Series are top-loading vertical laboratory autoclaves offered in eight sizes with chamber nominal volumes from 40 to 150 liters, designed to provide a small footprint with high chamber capacity for efficient loading of standard media bottles and Erlenmeyer flasks. Overview of standard capabilities and functions- Integrated, separate steam generator (integrated into housing but separated from sterilization chamber) enabling fast heat-up (empty chamber to 121 °C in ~10 minutes) and improved ventilation; steam condensing (PT-100-regulated) for condensate handling.
- Housing, support frame and pressure vessel made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel; pressure vessel specifically stainless steel 1.4404 (AISI 316L).

- Radial ventilator and Ultracooler (mounted in door) to accelerate cooling and reduce cooling times significantly (Ultracooler + mantle cooling + ventilator can reduce cooling times by up to ~90% depending on load).
- Vacuum system for validated sterilization of solids and waste in disposal bags (fractionated pre-vacuum), plus Superdry deep-vacuum drying for solids (only with vacuum system).
