BIOWIPES DISPENSING BUCKET
The reusable BIOWIPES dispensing bucket is engineered for the preparation, storage and dispensing of wipes impregnated with a detergent-disinfectant solution. It is part of the BIOWIPES system, an eco-minded range of disinfectant wipes designed for wet wiping of surfaces in professional environments requiring strict hygiene control.

Instructions for use with Optisal Plus

• Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution: dilute one dose of Optisal Plus in 2 L of water in a 3 L graduated beaker according to the recommended instructions
• Open the packaging of the BIOWIPES roll and place it inside the bucket
• Pour the reconstituted solution directly onto the roll, distributing the liquid evenly to moisten all wipes
• Carefully close the bucket and thread the first wipe through the central opening of the dispensing cap
• Complete the traceability label (preparation date, product used, concentration, expiry date, operator)
• Use the wipes according to the facility's hygiene protocol

Maintenance advice

• Clean and decontaminate the bucket before each new preparation according to the facility's hygiene protocol
• The bucket is machine washable up to 60 °C
• It can be decontaminated by wiping with a damp disinfectant wipe or by soaking for 15 minutes in a suitable decontamination solution
• After cleaning, allow to dry before any new preparation

Traceability

• A traceability label is supplied with each BIOWIPES roll
• Information to record: preparation date, expiry date, product used, concentration, operator
• The label must be affixed to the stopper cap so it remains visible throughout use
