Description
The reusable EXAWIPES dispenser bucket is designed for preparing, storing and dispensing wipes impregnated with a detergent-disinfectant solution. It is part of the EXAWIPES and BIOWIPES systems for surface cleaning and disinfection by wet wiping, intended for professional environments requiring strict hygiene control.
The airtight, resealable and sealed design protects prepared wipes, limits exposure to ambient air and enables practical, clean and organised daily use.
Used with BIOWIPES or EXAWIPES refill rolls and the Optisal Plus detergent-disinfectant solution, the system allows preparation of ready-to-use wipes whose effectiveness is maintained for up to 28 days when recommended storage and use conditions are met.
The dispenser bucket is compatible with BIOWIPES and EXAWIPES rolls, supports organisation of bio-cleaning protocols, differentiation of uses by area or product, and facilitates distribution of impregnated wipes close to operational needs.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE WITH OPTISAL PLUS

• Prepare the detergent-disinfectant solution in a 3 L graduated beaker by diluting one dose of Optisal Plus in 2 L of water, according to the recommended instructions.
• Open the wipe roll packaging and place the roll inside the dispenser bucket.
• Pour the prepared solution directly onto the roll, ensuring even distribution to thoroughly moisten all wipes.
• Close the bucket carefully and pull the first wipe through the central opening of the dispenser cap.
• Complete the traceability label with required information: preparation date, product used, concentration, expiry date and operator.
• Use the ready-to-use wipes following the establishment's hygiene protocol.
• The preparation can be used for up to 28 days with Optisal Plus if recommended storage and use conditions are observed.

MAINTENANCE TIPS

• Clean and decontaminate the bucket before each new preparation according to the facility's hygiene protocol.
• The bucket is machine washable up to 60 °C.
• It can also be decontaminated by wiping with a disinfectant‑impregnated damp wipe or by soaking for 15 minutes in a suitable decontaminant solution.
• After cleaning, allow the bucket to dry before preparing new wipes.

TRACEABILITY
A traceability label is provided with each wipe roll to record essential information: preparation date, expiry date, product used, concentration and operator. The label must be affixed to the sealing cap of the dispenser bucket so it remains visible throughout the use period of the preparation.

Microbiological data relate to the Optisal Plus detergent-disinfectant used to impregnate the wipes.
