Product Overview
The Adult Sectional Abdomen is a versatile phantom for X-Ray/CT and Ultrasound training (FAST protocols). It includes abdominal anatomy with 13 lesions of size 1-2 cm at different depths and locations near the liver and kidney. The product can be customized with additional pathologies for specific training purposes. It is amber translucent in appearance by default; a skin-colored version is also available. Ideal for ultrasound technicians and medical students.

Materials & Imaging Compatibility
Compatible with X-Ray / CT and Ultrasound. Bones are made from a patented epoxy-based, ceramic-reinforced composite material with vertebrae that have a realistic three-layered structure and inner porosity. Soft tissue and organs are composed of urethane-based soft resin. The phantom supports training for FAST (Focused Assessment with Sonography for Trauma), FAMUS (Focused Acute Medicine Ultrasound) and other procedural training scenarios (for example pericardial effusion simulations). Default appearance is translucent amber; skin-colored appearance available upon request.
