Overview
The Xpress MD1000 Mini Dialyzer is designed to process large quantities of samples for fast and efficient purification of protein, RNA and DNA samples. It is used for protein binding studies during drug development and for clinical sample preparation for testing free hormones such as testosterone, cortisol, FT3 and FT4. The MD1000 is supplied ready-to-use in a 48 deep-well plate with 8 cartridges each holding 6 samples. The design permits samples and dialysate buffers to be loaded and removed without removing the cartridges, and the SBS-compatible format enables straightforward programming for automated liquid handling systems.

XDB Dialysis Box (optional)
The optional XDB Xpress Dialysis Box can replace the deep well plate for higher-throughput purification in approximately half the time by using a larger shared buffer volume. With no buffer exchange, ~93% removal is reached with the XDB Box compared to ~72% with well plates. XDB Refill Kits allow simple replacement of all dialyzer cartridges while preserving the same design benefits as the standard MD1000.
