The MD100 Xpress Micro Dialyzer is a benchtop consumable system for rapid dialysis and desalting of small‑volume biological samples. Supplied in a 96 deep well plate format with 12 cartridges (8 samples per cartridge), the device supports processing of 10–100 µl sample volumes with high membrane surface area to accelerate buffer exchange and maintain sample recovery. The SBS-compatible footprint enables programming on automated liquid handling platforms for streamlined sample preparation workflows.

Optional XDB Dialysis Box
The optional XDB Xpress Dialysis Box replaces the deep well plate for higher-throughput purification using a large shared buffer volume. The shared-volume XDB reduces buffer exchanges and achieves higher removal of salts and small molecules (approaching 99% removal under recommended conditions) compared with standalone well-plate processing. XDB refill kits provide cartridges with the same membrane specifications for consistent performance.
