Intended Use:
The TianLong Human HLA-B*5801 Gene Nucleic Acid Detection Kit is intended for the qualitative detection of the human HLA-B*5801 gene nucleic acid by Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction (Real-time PCR) method.
The test is designed to detect the human HLA-B*5801 gene in the genomic DNA of human peripheral blood samples. Positive test results are indicative of the presence of the human HLA-B*5801 gene DNA; whereas clinical correlation with patient history and other diagnostic information is necessary for the determination of patient status. Negative test results from the test do not completely preclude the human HLA-B*5801 gene and should not be used as the sole basis for patient management decisions.
