How to use
For knee: with the knee slightly bent and weight-bearing, start below the knee and wrap two circular turns. Continue in a figure-eight pattern around the joint, overlapping each layer by half. Make a circular turn just below the knee and wrap upward, overlapping by half until secured above the knee. For elbow: begin at the elbow and apply the same figure-eight technique. Adjust tension to provide compression without blocking circulation.
