With the new M6 Teleskoper Blank Changer milling unit, we have developed a system specifically designed to meet the highest efficiency demands of dental laboratories. Thanks to its flexible configuration options, the device can be precisely adapted to different lab workflows – from a compact model without blank changer and blank storage (upgradable), to the fully automated high-performance version: the M6 Teleskoper Triple Production Centre, where up to three milling units can be coupled to a central storage holding up to 80 blanks. At the system’s core lies the automatic blank changer, which – together with modular storages for 16, 60, 70, or 80 blanks – delivers fully automated, non-stop production. Thanks to an intelligent Time-of-Flight sensor, which detects each blank’s position and ensures accurate loading and unloading, blanks are automatically changed and stored. Additionally, each storage slot is equipped with an LED status indicator, providing clear oversight and operational safety throughout the milling process. Another key feature is the Teleskoper Orbit SelfLock, capable of processing blanks with diameters of 95, 98, 106, and even 125 mm. This is further enhanced by a high-performance spindle powered by a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), which, in combination with specially developed and continuously optimised milling strategies, offers ideal suitability for all materials and clinical indications.
