ZorayPT’s sensor protection tube is a precision stainless steel housing designed to shield sensitive sensors from mechanical load, chemical exposure and contaminants in medical, laboratory and industrial sensing applications. Offered as a sleeve or encapsulation tube, it preserves measurement integrity and extends service life. Production capabilities include tube drawing, CNC machining, laser processing and mirror polishing.

Construction and Performance
Manufactured from medical-grade AISI 316/316L stainless steel (AISI 304 available), with inner diameters from 0.15 mm to 3.4 mm and fully customizable lengths. Standard wall thickness is 0.1 mm, configurable down to 0.05 mm to reduce sensor interference while maintaining structural strength. Inner and outer surfaces are mirror-polished to minimize friction and adhesion. The 316/316L grade provides enhanced corrosion resistance in saline and aggressive environments.

Customizable Processing Options
Available operations include slotting, bending, flaring, necking, chamfering, flat or rounded tip formation, perforations for fluid exchange, or solid-wall variants for complete sealing. All geometries and features can be produced to engineering drawings or physical samples.
