Overview
ZorayPT's Temperature Sensor Protector is a stainless-steel shielding component designed to protect temperature sensors (RTDs, thermocouples) from thermal extremes, mechanical damage and corrosive agents in industrial, medical and environmental monitoring applications. Available in medical-grade AISI 316 / 316L (304 available) with inner diameters from 0.15 mm to 3.4 mm and fully customizable lengths. Ultra-thin wall options (standard 0.1 mm, customizable down to 0.05 mm) provide rapid thermal response while maintaining structural support. Mirror-polished inner and outer surfaces reduce thermal lag, help prevent contaminant buildup and ensure smooth sensor insertion and removal. Multiple tip and end-processing options (flat tip, round tip, chamfering) and mechanical forming (slotting, bending, flaring, necking) are available to match probe geometries and application requirements.
