Product Details: The DST micro-T is a small, waterproof temperature data logger designed to fit in tight spaces, such as small containers or vials. It is ideal for use in heat studies, cold chain and storage monitoring, and quality control in pharmaceutical production. The logger guarantees thermometer accuracy with an individually calibrated thermistor, traceable to Fluke's calnet standard. Weighing only 3.3 g and measuring 25.4 mm in length and 8.3 mm in width, it is one of the smallest loggers available. Small size - only 3.3 g, 25.4mm x 8.3mm Guaranteed accuracy for one year – individually calibrated with certificate Traceability in cold chain monitoring and storage Leak proof housing Applications: Cold chain monitoring Regulatory compliance and quality control Storage monitoring Logistics monitoring All loggers are delivered with calibration certificates. Each logger is calibrated to specifications using test equipment traceable to the International System of Units (SI), through a National Metrological Institute (Netherlands: RvA K013). The loggers’ accuracy is guaranteed to +/- 0.06°C and performance for one year after purchase. Every measurement has a timestamp as the logger synchronizes its internal clock with the date and time on the computer being used. Each logger has an electronic serial number as well as an external serial number on the housing for identification and traceability. The logger is hermetically sealed in a leak proof housing made of carefully chosen biocompatible ceramic material. Using the logger: Simple to use, from setup to data retrieval Supported by Mercury software and a Communication Box (required for first order) Programming via Communication Box and software: set start time, date, and sampling interval Two sampling modes: single interval or up to 7 different intervals Software calculates memory fill and battery consumption based on settings Data upload via Communication Box; results displayed in graphic and tabular form, exportable Low energy consumption for long battery life (actual life depends on usage and interval) Logger can be sterilized and reused as long as the battery lasts (not all sterilization methods are suitable; avoid temperatures above 60°C) Hermetically sealed and leak proof; batteries are not replaceable Accessories: Communication Box: Interface between DST and PC, used for starting logger and retrieving data. Wireless communication when DST is placed in the box. USB cable included. Mercury Software: Graphical Windows software for measurement setup, data retrieval, and export. Free updates.
