About Ti-Medi
Ti-Medi is a technology company specialised in the automation of multi-dose medication packaging (MDS). Founded in 2012 by pharmacists, Ti-Medi was built on a clear conviction: automating medication preparation makes treatment safer for patients and gives pharmacists more time for what matters most, patient care.
As official partner of Hanmi-JVM, the South Korean global leader in medication dispensing automation, Ti-Medi offers one of the most complete MDS portfolios on the market. Our range includes more than 20 robot models, from compact semi-automatic systems such as the RDC-45 (pouch format) and DualBlist (blister format) to high-capacity automated robots designed for large volumes, hospitals and long-term care facilities.
All our equipment runs on Savioo, our proprietary management software. Savioo integrates with leading pharmacy management systems and ensures full traceability, automatic batch and expiry date recording, and seamless communication with care homes. Because our semi-automatic and automated systems share the same software, pharmacies can start small and scale up as their service grows. We also offer Savioo Home, a smart home dispenser that connects patients directly with their pharmacy and improves treatment adherence.
Our approach is end-to-end: we analyse each client's workload to recommend the right solution, and we support them through installation, training, consulting, technical service and preventive maintenance.
Today, more than 1,500 pharmacies rely on Ti-Medi technology, alongside hospital pharmacies, care facilities and correctional healthcare services across Southern Europe. Our goal remains the same as on day one: the right medication, at the right dose, at the right time.
