Awarded by Taiwanese Gov't as "Enterprises in the Newly Emerging, Important and Strategic Industries (#09500828690)", Visgeneer was founded in 2005 by President Dr. Ken-Shwo Dai (PhD, University of Toronto). We focus on developing and manufacturing blood monitors and skincare products, both under our indigenous brand and on ODM/OEM basis. Separately, we are also involved in “Bacterial Fermentation” and “Cancer Gene identification” arena.

At the core of our CoreSence line of skincare products is Ollantein®, an extract from our EU patent EP 2 441 433 B1 containing zeaxanthin, the next generation ingredient for anti-aging skincare. We utilized ultra pure water developed by Taiwan’s ITRI as carrier in combination with functional animal/plant extracts to develop premium skincare products. Certified with ISO22716:2007, ISO9001:2008.

BACTERIAL FERMENTATION

We discovered a yellow color marine bacterium containing zeaxanthin. Via fermentation, Visgeneer discovered that the ferment filtrate “Ollantein” is a secret formula for skin. In addition, zeaxanthin itself is a natural pigment in the macular region of human eye retina. Therefore, the extract from the fermentation will be developed as a functional ingredient of nutraceuticals.

CANCER GENE IDENTIFICATION

We utilized bioinformatics and biomolecular approaches to discover cancer associated genes which will be developed as high-sensitive, specific molecular diagnosing products.
