AB-CT - Advanced Breast CT is a pioneering medical technology company specializing in high-quality diagnostic solutions for breast imaging.

Our product, nu:view, is the world's first spiral breast CT with photon-counting technology. Far from being a conventional CT, nu:view is specificaly designed for advanced breast diagnostics, especially where other imaging modalities reach their limits.

AB-CT was established in 2016 as a spin-off of the Institute of Medical Physics at the University of Erlangen (FAU) headed by Prof. Willi A. Kalender. Today, the AB-CT team continues the ground-breaking research and development of world-class solutions for diagnostic breast imaging for women.

With nu:view Breast CT, our expert team of genius software engineers, design engineers and medical physicists did not just develop another CT device, but a disruptive technology – Made in Germany.

Our vision is to empower radiologists all over the world to diagnose breast cancer early as this is the cure. For women, it offers a pain-free, short, and well-tolerated experience, giving them greater confidence in the accuracy of their breast diagnostics.
