ClearTV Co., Ltd. (Hereafter as ”Clear”) was established in 2002, which is a high-tech enterprise specializing in cloud computing and big data, multimedia network products and software R&D. There are R&D centers in Shanghai, Beijing and Suzhou, and branches or offices in the United States, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Wuhan, Chengdu, Qingdao, Tianjin, Zhengzhou, and Hangzhou, etc.

Since the establishment of the company, Clear has developed systems based on streaming media service products and embedded terminal system products through independent research and development, and has become a leading supplier of high-definition interactive television systems(called IPTV) mostly used in hotels and digital signage in series fields and nurse call, ICU visitation, queuing system, digital display in hospitals. Video Scene Fusion Joint Research Center

The company and Tsinghua University jointly established the "Video Scene Fusion Joint Research Center", and set up the Tsinghua Enterprise Video Fusion Edge Computing Center, which is committed to overcoming the critical technical problems in the high-end core areas of industry information technology.
