LOCATION - The headquarters are in Cavaria (VA) a few kilometers far from Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP) in a 1200 sqm modern building situated in an industrial consortium area, where greenery integrates well with the buildings. The area is equipped with a service’s building with a self-service restaurant, a medical infirmary service, and a meeting/conference room for the use of members.

Multimage has regular Exclusivity Distribution Contracts with worldwide Premium Brands.

Export: it is organized by Country Distributor’s Agreements. Actually we are present in 31 Countries and we have a network of nr. 18 distributors throughout Europe – Russia - South America – North/South Africa – Middle East - New Zealand.

Sale’s Network: In Italy sales are done through a sale’s network based on 14 regional exclusive

In addition there’s a Branch in Cagliari (Sardinia) (for technical and sale’s support) and a Commercial Office in Lugano (Switzerland) and new Branch in Bisceglie (Puglia).

BORN - 1933 as ELETTRONXRAY SNC it specialized in medical automation electronics, mainly intended for production and transportation, security doors, as well as controls panels for X-ray systems which, from 1992 onwards, then developed into the production of complete x-ray systems mainly dedicated to the veterinary field.

We have been the first to introduce the HF technology on stationary Vet x-ray systems and the 2points technique in 1990’s.

PRODUCTION AND R&D

Production is positioned on the market at a high level; the determining factors for high quality are: direct comparison with the client, deep technical acknowledgement, safety, design and project, accurate after sale’s service and qualified skilled workers, directly guided by Augusto & Monica Tronci.

The tertiary work of some small highly qualified business processes allows us to limit the internal work to the accurate verification of the input materials, to the final assembly, testing and final checks, before shipment.

- R&D: MULTIMAGE has always been focused on developing new technologies and applying them to our x-ray systems.

Our latest project runs on the Fluoroscopy application and final tests were done in the first quarter of 2024, and they have been launched on the market in the middle of the following year.

Established in 1992, after the acquisition of the company ElettromXray snc, a manufacturing company born in 1933 with the production of x-ray systems for the medical field and lately for the veterinary field; with ElettromXray there was already a supplier-customer relationship with Comeselectro snc, for the production and supply of control panels in the beginning and then subsequently for the production and supply of complete x-ray systems for vet use. Hence it was decided that the Production of x-ray systems should be taken over by company Multimage, which would have handled the Sales Activity of our X-ray systems and subsequently many other Vet medical equipment, including digital fluoroscopy.

- VETERINARY FIELD - Small Animals, Equines & Income Animals

Multimage's activity immediately developed in the Veterinary field becoming market leader in Italy for Radiology and Imaging, generally speaking.

In the same time, Multimage specialized its activity with the promotion and supply of Complete Veterinary Clinics, offering a complete service which starts with project/consult, pass through delivery/installation/training and continue with after-sales service.

- HUMAN FIELD - Home Care & Hospital Care

Multimage has also a Medical Division (Human field) for Home-Care medical equipment; this is a niche of market which will see interesting developments in the future. A marketing research has confirmed our belief that the successful business of Multimage dedicate to the Complete Clinic formula, could be duplicated also in the private human sector. We are already working on this on our dedicated website: www.multimage-med.it

- STAFF

Our success also derives from regular effective Off-line and On-line marketing strategy, advertising, digital marketing and continuous sponsoring actions on socials media-networking and in all national and regional events like exhibitions, congresses and courses; the advertisement we make yearly in the Vet magazines brings us a very good return on people who open new structures outpatient clinics have met with full success and will continue to do so.

Employees: currently the group employs 20 employees to follow up: the design, production, quality control, scheme development, graphic creations of catalogs and web design, market analysis, research and development, sales, purchases, accounting, debt collection, technical assistance. All the people employed are graduates or graduates with a qualification suited to their occupation.

Branches

The Sardinian branch is located in Dolianova (Cagliari – South Sardinia) in a strategic position, 20 minutes far from Cagliari Elmas airport (CAG) and a few minutes from the highway that crosses Sardinia from north-south. It operates in an elegant 80sqm property always owned by the C.E. sas, headed by the Tronci family: office, showroom, warehouse and workshop.

The Headquarters in Lugano (Switzerland) are located in the city center at a Commercial Trust that also represents our registered office to be able to exercise our sales and marketing activities, technical assistance for radiological equipment, throughout Switzerland, by virtue of License A0433.01.001 issued by the Federal Office of Public Health of Bern.

Throughout Switzerland we are among the six foreign companies authorized to carry out this activity (and just two from Italy) because of the bureaucratic difficulties that the Swiss health authorities put up with the release of the license.
