HB ORTHO was founded in 2009 in Ukraine with a single conviction: that trauma implants should be simple for surgeons, reliable for patients, and honest in engineering. What began as a regional distribution business grew — through investment, discipline, and relentless product development — into an internationally recognised manufacturer of bone plates, intramedullary nails, screws, external fixation systems, and surgical instruments.

We operate our own manufacturing facility and R&D department, certified under ISO 13485.

Since the full-scale war began in 2022, we have not paused production for a single day. We have donated over 1,500 implants to military hospitals and civilian trauma centres. This is not a marketing statement — it is a reflection of what we believe manufacturing is for.
