MinFound Medical Systems was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, the company has also set up subsidiaries in many provinces (cities) across the country. The U.S. subsidiary, headquartered in Solon, Ohio, mainly provides core technology research and support. Sales and service centres have been set up in South America, North America, and other places around the world. In terms of core technology research and development, MinFound has broken the technical bottleneck of scintillator crystal, the key component of CT detector, and ASIC integrated chip, filling the technical gap in China. In PET/CT, independently developed SiPM technology is also at the leading level in the world. At present, MinFound CT solutions vary from 16 slices to 512 slices, from practical popular models to ultra-high-end solutions; capabilities of the PET/CT product have been expanded from clinical application to clinical research.
