A CENTURY OF PRECISION

In 1907, Gustav Ohaus and his father, Karl, opened a small scale repair business in Newark, New Jersey. They soon began manufacturing their own balances and scales under the OHAUS name. As business grew, OHAUS developed a reputation for precision, reliability and durability.
