VB Devices (Vascular Barcelona Devices, S.L.) is a Barcelona-based medical device company dedicated to developing innovative solutions for vascular medicine. Founded in 2016 by vascular surgeon Dr. Enric Roche and biomedical entrepreneur Federico Grego, our mission is to transform vascular procedures by creating devices that address real clinical needs and improve outcomes for both physicians and patients.

Our flagship product, VARIXIO®, is an automated foam preparation system for sclerotherapy that brings standardization, automation, convenience, and superior foam quality to the treatment of varicose veins. Today, VARIXIO is used in hundreds of clinics worldwide and has become a recognized innovation in venous disease treatment.

In addition to VARIXIO, we developed another innovative vascular device, CRABCLAMP® +, designed to secure guidewires, catheters and tubular elements during vascular interventions.
