Fan-equipped PTFE ULPA filter unit for combined removal of particulate and gaseous contaminants. The main PTFE ULPA filter captures 0.1 μm particles (silica) at ≥99.9995%. A selectable chemical ion-exchange fiber filter enables removal of acidic, alkaline, basic and organic gases. Models: CHEMI-MAC-32 / CHEMI-MAC-51 / CHEMI-MAC-101.
