The Semi-Automatic model, after checking the patient’s ECG, if a shockable rhythm is detected, then the device automatically starts charging the reservoir capacitor. Once ready for the shock, the operator will need to push the shock button to defibrillate. Then the CPR phase starts through voice message and metronome.
The Fully Automatic model, once ready for the shock will automatically deliver the defibrillation shock after 5 second according to the vocal prompt.
