Bosphore NS5A-1b Sequencing Kit v1 analyzes the drug resistance mutations in the NS5A region of the hepatitis C virus RNA in human serum or plasma in HCV genotype 1b and enables to analyze the drug resistance mutations indicated in the following drug; daclatasvir. We recommend users to sequence only HCV genotype 1b samples with a viral load above 3000 IU/ml.
