Description

Overview
NewClave Autohouse Type-B (1V) is a Class B autoclave designed for medical and dental sterilization. It uses fractionated pre-vacuum steam sterilization with post-vacuum drying to achieve effective sterilization for wrapped and unwrapped, solid, hollow and porous instruments. Available in 17 L and 22 L chamber capacities.

Key features
  • Four one-touch pre-programmed sterilization cycles selectable from an intuitive control panel
  • Fractionated pre-vacuum technology with post-vacuum drying for thorough steam penetration and low residual moisture
  • Speedy program: 4 minutes at 134°C plus 15 minutes drying (≈20 minutes total) for urgent loads
  • Separate clean and used water tanks to maintain sanitation and prevent cross-contamination
  • Automatic water drainage system for safe, hassle-free operation
  • Seven integrated safety mechanisms to protect operator and load
  • High-quality stainless steel chamber for corrosion resistance and durability

Compliance and standards
Designed to meet EN 13060 requirements for Class B small steam sterilizers and tested against EN 867-5. Residual moisture targets: ≤ 0.2% for instruments and ≤ 1.0% for textiles.

Operation & programs
The control interface provides clear one-click selection of time, temperature and safety-monitored cycles. The speedy cycle is optimized for urgent clinical needs, while other programs cover standard wrapped and porous loads.

Water & sanitation
Operates with a single-use water system that separates clean and used water in two dedicated tanks. The design prevents overfilling and simplifies maintenance with an automatic drainage function.

Safety & construction
Equipped with seven safety measures including pressure and temperature interlocks and an emergency release procedure. The chamber is manufactured from high-grade stainless steel for reliable long-term use.
