Product Overview
The AX-200 is a 200‑liter ethylene oxide (EO) gas sterilizer designed for medical and invasive devices. It uses a kit-based gas diffusion process: items are placed in a sealed liner bag together with the EO gas cartridge, dosimeter and humidity chip for controlled sterilization.

Operation and Use
Place the sealed liner bag in the sterilizer and start the automatic cycle. The integrated 7" color touch screen displays all phases in real time (resistance, fan, vacuum, conditioning, sterilization, ventilation). In-bag humidity and temperature are monitored live via the mobile probe.

Monitoring and Safety
The chamber is maintained under permanent vacuum during all phases. Visual and audible alarms alert operators to faults. The system includes negative pressure operation, cabin pressure monitoring and a door-lock safety mechanism to protect users and sterile loads.

Modularity and Data Management
Modular loading allows two different bag groups to be processed separately and a new liner bag group can be added during an ongoing cycle. Cycle reports are stored in memory, printable via the built-in printer or exportable through USB 2.0 for traceability and validation.

Installation and Workflow Advantages
AX-200 requires only a standard 220 V grounded outlet and a 6 cm wall ventilation opening—no water, drainage or compressed air needed. Long instruments (e.g., catheters up to 220 cm) can be sterilized straight inside the liner bag, simplifying handling.
