Axis offers an EO gas diffusion sterilizer designed for heat- and moisture-sensitive medical devices. The AX-135 has a 135 L chamber and uses a liner bag system with an EO gas cartridge, dosimeter and humidity chip. The chamber is maintained under vacuum during conditioning, sterilization and aeration to ensure process integrity and operator safety. The color Dixell display provides visual and audible status and fault alerts.

Product Description
Items to be sterilized are placed in the liner bag together with the EO gas cartridge, dosimeter and humidity chip, then sealed. The integrated vacuum system maintains negative pressure throughout all stages to protect operators and ensure repeatable conditions. The Dixell color monitor displays stage-by-stage status (resistance, fan, vacuum, conditioning, sterilization, aeration) with visual and audible alerts in case of anomalies. EO sterilization is suitable for many polymeric and heat- or moisture-sensitive medical devices that cannot undergo steam sterilization.
