Baicare Neucleic Acid Releaser (Extraction free) is used to denature the protein structure of cells or viruses, and lyse specimens to release nucleic acids. The application of the releaser will neither affect the subsequent nucleic acid analysis nor inhibit the PCR reaction. Product advantages:  The nucleic acid is released directly in order to meet the need of rapid detection.  LOD is lower because of the integrity and stability of nucleic acid in the solution which provides favourable conditions.  The protein of virus is destroyed so it can protect the health of medical staffs.  The operation is simple and the cost of staffs and time is lower because there is no need for special equipments . Operation procedure: 1.Throat swab sampling. 2.Add sample to Neucleic Acid Releaser. 3.Reagent Preparation. Sample collection: After the swab sample is taken from the patient, it is placed into the preservation solution and the swab is broken at the break point. Then close the lid and transfer to the testing laboratory. Sample preservation: Samples should be treated and tested immediately. If not, please keep samples at -20±5℃ for 14 days.
