Features: Lyophilized RT-PCR Pre-mixture:No cold-chain transportation required. Detection targets: ORF1ab/N gene. Quality control: Endogenous internal standard is a quality control for sample collection, transportation, nucleic acid extraction and detection. Accuracy: The results of enterprise's reference products detected by this kit are correct. Specificity:No cross-reaction with various vivuses,H1N1,influenza B virus,respiratory syncytical virus,etc. Precision:For 10,000 copies/mL and 2,000 copies/mL(Simulation samples or nucleic acids),Inter-assay CV≤5%,Intra-assay CV≤5%. Interference test:The possible endogenous interfering substances have no obvious interference to this kit,such as 30% blood and 10mg/mL much.
