The dual port shut-off valve features a three-piece brass body with double seals and a chrome-plated brass ball. It operates with just a quarter turn from open to closed. Designed for maximum working pressures of 600 psig or vacuum service to 29” Hg, these valves combine durability with ease of use.
Easy connections
Type-K copper tube extensions are brazed on the valves to provide easy and safe connections to the facility’s pipeline. Shut-off valves are available in sizes from ½” to 4”.
Oxygen cleaned
All line ball valves undergo testing for zero leakage at a minimum of 300 psig. Each valve is oxygen cleaned, capped, and poly-bagged in accordance with CGA Pamphlet G-4.1 standards.
Serviceable
The three-piece forging design ensures that the line ball valves are serviceable in the pipeline.
Valve design
The valve bodies feature reinforced PTFE ball seats, reinforced PTFE stem seals, and include a blowout proof stem.
Gas compatible
The line ball valves are compatible with USP oxygen, nitrous oxide, medical air, carbon dioxide, helium, argon, nitrogen and mixtures thereof.
Dual gauge ports
Each line ball valve includes two 1/8” NPT ports, each sealed with a brass hex head plug. A port is located on either side of the ball valve.
Gas identification labels
Each valve is supplied with color-coded gas identification labels.
