Description

Overview
The DxH 690T is a benchtop hematology analyzer designed for mid-volume clinical laboratories. It delivers automated CBC with differential, advanced cellular characterization and built-in data handling in a compact tabletop configuration.

Quality That Counts
  • Near-native-state characterization for robust RBC, PLT and WBC differentials
  • High first-run confidence to reduce reruns and reflex testing
  • Intelligent smear optimization to improve slide interpretation consistency

Productivity That Liberates
  • Predictable hematology workflows for simplified workload planning
  • Reliable flagging to focus technologist attention where required

Savings That Empower
  • Customizable automated QA/QC with daily reminders and remote support
  • Fewer reflex tests to save time and reagent costs
    • Reduced hematology reagent consumption
    • Reallocation of up to 200 minutes daily previously used for reflex testing
    • Lower overheads (electricity, maintenance)

Monocyte Distribution Width (MDW)
MDW is a regulatory-cleared hematological biomarker available on DxH 690T (and DxH 900). Reported automatically as part of routine CBC-diff with the Early Sepsis Indicator application, MDW assists in identifying adults at risk of severe infection or sepsis in the Emergency Department.
