Description

Overview
The DxH 520 is a 5‑part differential closed‑tube hematology analyzer designed for low‑volume laboratories. It minimizes sample requirements (tube fill as low as 375 µL; aspiration 17 µL), supports closed‑tube sampling for enhanced operator safety, requires only three reagents and integrates patient data, QC management and automated operational tasks to improve uptime and workflow efficiency.

Key benefits
  • Maximize laboratory productivity
    • Optimize uptime with proven system reliability and an automated cleaning cycle
    • Infrequent, rapid reagent reloading—replace all three reagents in under five minutes
    • Patient and QC data management tools to support paperless workflows and reduce clerical errors
    • Compact footprint to conserve laboratory counter space
  • Deliver reliable clinical results
    • More accurate differential using proprietary dynamic gating
    • Improved flagging to reduce unnecessary slide reviews while maintaining clinical sensitivity
  • Reduce operating costs
    • Lower reagent consumption and energy‑optimizing design
    • Eliminate disposal costs with cyanide-, azide- and formaldehyde‑free reagents

Awards
The DxH 520 received the SelectScience Scientists' Choice Award® for Best New Clinical Product of 2018.
