Overview
The WD 390 is a multi-chamber washer-disinfector developed for high throughput and fully automated instrument processing in sterile services. It is available in 3- and 4-chamber configurations and can be equipped with an optional integrated ultrasonic module. Only available in China.

Design & User Interface
The unit features green glass doors, an illuminated chamber and display, an ergonomic control panel with intuitive controls and a patented status display that provides a clear view of cycle progress and machine status.

Core washing & filtration components
The washer-disinfector includes a stainless-steel wash pump with pressure monitoring and a sterile H14 filter with pressure control to ensure consistent process conditions and particle filtration.

Automation & throughput
WD 390 offers fully integrated automation to support continuous material flow and high capacity. Depending on configuration it processes up to 75 DIN trays per hour. Automatic inlet and outlet sections are available in various lengths and can be configured with up to three driven positions.

Transport system
The automatic transport system with basket return conveyor reduces manual handling and supports uninterrupted workflow between loading and unloading stations.

Connectivity & documentation
SmartHub connectivity enables batch documentation, archiving of cycle data and remote access to machine status and reports via a web application for sterile services management.

Racks, accessories & compatibility
A wide range of racks and accessories supports surgical and MIS instruments, anesthesia trays, containers, laboratory items and other wash goods. Racks are compatible with WD 290 / WD 290 IQ for flexible fleet integration.
