DescriptionThe HF-6 hand-foot contamination monitor measures surface contamination by alpha, beta and gamma emitting radionuclides on hands, feet and clothing. The monitor uses four scintillation detectors for hand measurements (two per hand) to measure palm and back of hand simultaneously, and two scintillation detectors for foot measurements.
